Our Digitizers

All of our embroidery digitizers and graphic designers have at least 10 years of experience, many over 15 years. Our embroidery digitizers are not just excellent in using embroidery digitizing software, but also knowledgeable about operating, or have in person operated embroidery machines. They know how to properly digitize a design based on different factors such as stitch type (fill, satin, running stitch), underlay, pull/push compensation, sewing sequence, to ensure the best quality possible. Our graphic designers who convert your artwork into vector format have artistic visions and they work with patience - to manually trace an artwork requires a good eye for the art, as well as attention to details.

Turnaround

Our typical turnaround is 12 to 24 hours (may take longer on weekend). This allows us to deliver quality service in a timely manner. Let us know if your order is more urgent and we will do our best to accommodate your need.

Prices

Instead of a flat rate, our pricing takes into consideration size and compelxity. We hope you understand that, price war is not healthy and sustainable. We strive to provide the best quality and service for which we take pride, we don't intend to offer dirt-cheap price and then do dirt-cheap jobs.

Important: Please limit the file size to under 2MB. Most submissions failed due to oversize.
Recommended file formats: GIF, JPG, PNG, PDF, EPS, AI, TIFF, BMP. If you've got a different format, send it anyway - we'll let you know if we can't open it. Also important: better picture quality will help us digitize better artwork.
